Target audience
Holders of the SSIAP2 or ERP2 or IGH2 diploma with 3 years of experience, or holders of a level 4 diploma wishing to become Head of Department.
Prerequisites
- Hold the AFPS or PSC1 acquired less than 2 years ago, or a valid CFAPSE, PSE1 or SST.
- Hold the SSIAP2, ERP2 or IGH2 diploma.
- Be able to demonstrate 3 years of experience as a Fire Safety Team Leader (certificate required) or hold a level 4 diploma.
- Medical certificate of physical fitness less than 3 months old.
Educational objectives
- Acquire the knowledge necessary to lead a team of fire safety officers.
- Manage a security service.
- Advise a head of establishment on fire safety matters.
- Participate in the management of daily risks and during work.
- Ensure correspondence with safety committees.
- Monitor the service budget and monitoring and maintenance obligations.
- Prepare for the passage and obtaining of the SSIAP3 diploma.
Educational and technical tools
- Training room equipped with video projector and paper teaching materials.
- Computer equipment with suitable software for creating schedules.
- Plans, safety regulations, fire extinguishers, armed fire hydrants (RIA).
Knowledge assessment
- Theoretical test: 40-question multiple-choice test.
- Written test: Writing a technical safety notice (2.5 hours).
- Oral exam: Jury (15 minutes per trainee).
